His background includes executive leadership within biotech, project management roles with major CROs, and hands-on operational experience across service, technical, nonprofit, and business environments. That breadth of experience shapes how Ceros works today: with a practical, hands-on approach to helping clients bring more clarity, control, and consistency to important work.
