Ceros Management and Advisory, Ltd. (Ceros) is a clinical research consulting and management company supporting the development of products biotech, pharmaceutical and institutional research organizations.

Mission: Support the development of people and products to improve life

Ceros is founded by Darrell J. Panich, M.Sc., PMP, CPM in 2016. Prior to founding Ceros, Mr. Panich was the Vice-President of Clinical Affairs for the regenerative medicine company RepliCel Life Sciences, Inc. While with RepliCel he was responsible for initiating three clinical development programs for cell therapy products directed at treating tendon injuries, skin damage and hair loss. Prior to this, he held positions with large contract research organizations where he provided management oversight of over 20 large multinational phase I-IV clinical trials.

In addition to his Masters of Science, he has project management certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI - PMP) and the Project Management Leadership Group (PMLG - CPM).
